Mazar Feminized
Mazar Feminised hemp seeds have adopted the main characteristics for which they have become famous from their closest Afghan relatives: a dense bush structure with short internodes, a large number of dark green leaves and many large inflorescences with an ideal leaf to calyx ratio. Plants of the variety have excellent natural resistance to mold infections, irrigation interruptions and temperature changes, which makes them not at all defenseless against external factors.
Origin and awards
Mazar Feminized inherited its impeccable characteristics from its powerful ancestors. To create the strain, the breeders used the finest Afghan varieties hailing from the beautiful Sharif. The original Mazar was bred in 1997 and was obtained by a cross between a first generation F1 hybrid of a powerful Afghan indica and males of Skunk#1. Over time, the new strain underwent refinement. This unusual cross resulted in low plants with increased resin production. Mazar Feminized is a true champion, its high quality has been recognized many times with many prizes and awards. For example, in 1999 the strain won first place at the High Times Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam, in 2002 it won second place at the Highlife Cup and in 2008 it won first prize at the Tipo Forte in Bologna.
