Replacement and return policy

Store Guarantee:


- Quality seed, produced by Errors Seeds and imported seed. Topics about the cultivation of these seeds are constantly appearing on the various forums. They are also tested under conditions as close to ideal as possible before they hit the showcase.

- The fact of seed shipment.


Buyer may expect a refund within 90 days of the date of shipment of the order in the following cases:


1. If products are lost in transit. We contact the post office ourselves and provide the customer with all the data necessary to locate the parcel.

2. If products are damaged in transit.


In order to recover damages, the following are necessary:


- Declaration or order number.
- Photo of the damaged product in or near the packaging.


The store will indemnify if the customer has complaints that the products do not meet the following criteria:


- germination of most seeds;
- type of flowering indicated in the product description (auto-\photo-);
- female sex of plants in feminized seeds.


To apply for reimbursement, you must:


- fill out this form;
- mail [email protected]  photographs of damaged seeds together with the packaging.

Applications are reviewed within 48 hours of submission.


Important! We will not pay damages if:


- The customer contacts us later than 90 days after the order was shipped.
- All information was not provided.
- Our expert determined that the problem was not with the product, but with the way the customer handled it.

Consideration of the application takes place, provided there is complete information. In case of absence/inaccuracy of any information necessary for decision making, it is clarified, the application is not considered received - until the moment of clarification by the user, only after that the consideration takes place, within 48 hours.
